In honor of the re-election of President Barack Obama, the DC Metro Graduate Chapter of Swing Phi Swing is hosting its second White and Black Inaugural Ball. Guests will enjoy dinner and music served up by DJ Okey. Proceed will help benefit the Arthelia ‘Spanki’ Parker Scholarship Fund.
