on 2009-01-09 12:50:27 PIC is waiting until all the rich and famous senators, congressman, actors and entertainers get their tickets first then they will open it up to "WE THE PEOPLE" who voted for OBAMA!

I also contributed and worked for the campaign before, during, and after the election. But now that I'm trying to find out how to get inaugural ball tickets, I can't get any information anywhere. I've contacted everyone I know inside the campaign. But either I get ignored, or everyone is staying hush-hush on the info. Yet, people who I know did less than I did already have tickets. I feel screwed over. I can see why people get disillusioned with politics.

on 2009-01-08 19:29:52 My daughter is very interested in attending this Youth Ball. Although she is only a senior in high school she is taking AP Government and has expressed interest in attending all inaugural events. She was an ardent Obama supporter in spite of the fact her father and I did not support the Democratic ticket. Please advise how she and a friend can attend this event.

Where do I go from here, my family and I have purchased flight tickets, and made enormous arrangements for this life changing event. I would greatly appreciate your effort and time in assisting me where I can purchase offical and legitimate tickets for the youth and neighborhood balls. Thanks! Thanks! Thanks! on 2009-01-10 01:44:53 For those who are looking for tickets there is no website to get them because it is by invite only. I worked for the campaign at my college campus in Indiana. I got tickets through the state youth director for Indiana. So if you worked for the campaign and know someone that now works for the PIC that is your only way in.
Comment by Kevin on 2009-01-12 11:43:53 I will trade two parade tickets for two youth ball tickets. email me: kfischer (at) gmail dot com. I'm in Pittsburgh so we'd have to meet I-day to do the exchange.
