I have 2 VIP Tickets and 2 general admission tickets to the Mid-Atlantic Ball. The VIP tickets include access to a VIP platform area (i.e. better view of President-Elect Obama).
The cost for 2 VIP tickets is $8,000; The cost for 2 general admission tickets are $4,000.
I gained access to the tickets as a private donor. They have not been distributed yet, however, the Presidential Inaugural Committee confirmed that “You will receive more information about how to collect your tickets to the Presidential Inaugural Balls in the coming days - so stay tuned ...”
I will deliver tickets by next day FED-EX (no shipping costs) or in-person delivery as soon as payment is received.

Really, it sounds like you are scrounging for a way to not only get in for free, but get paid for it. If then-president Obama will be there, your services will not be needed -- the Secret Service will take care of it. Oh, and to the scalpers -- really! NO one will be admitted unless they pass a security check.
