on 2009-01-16 14:10:01 Can anyone tell me if there's parking around DC Armory? I know RFK Stadium parking is for charter buses. AND also, how do you get to the Armory from 295??? Since 395 is closed, etc. ALSO...what will be available at the Southern States Ball? Hors d'oeuvres? or just drinks? Open Bar???
